Much of our connection to people and the world is related to our food, eating customs and culture. I believe developing the ability to compose your proper diet is a sacred right people should embrace in their lives. The core of my practice is based on the concept of teaching people to increase the consumption of nutrient-dense, whole foods and to reduce the intake energy-dense, processed and refined foods in the diet. Together, we will help you learn to make simple and realistic choices, step-by-step to build a healthful, functional and enjoyable diet.
